Neighborhood — The townhouse is set in the heart of Marbella’s Old Town (Casco Antiguo) , surrounded by whitewashed houses, charming plazas, and narrow cobbled streets full of local character. From the door, you can easily explore some of Marbella’s best-known historic spots, including Plaza de los Naranjos , the castle walls and alcazaba , Iglesia de la Encarnación , the Museum of Contemporary Spanish Engraving , Avenida del Mar , and Parque de la Alameda . You are also within walking distance of the beach , the Paseo Marítimo , and Puerto Deportivo Virgen del Carmen , making it easy to combine Old Town atmosphere with time by the sea. For guests who enjoy nature and mountain views, the Sierra Blanca area, including routes and viewpoints around Juanar and La Concha , makes an excellent day trip by car.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental near Old Town Marbella. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and all the charm of the old town.One of our favorite features was the rooftop terrace. It was the perfect spot to enjoy drinks in the evening while taking in the beautiful view of the castle wall.The street in front of the house does have some pedestrian traffic, and since it is one of the streets accessible by car, Uber drivers often use it for drop-offs. However, this wasn't a problem at all because the house is very well insulated. The owner thoughtfully installed electric metal window blinds that do an excellent job of blocking both light and outside noise, making it quiet and comfortable for sleeping.A special thank you to Dragos. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and responded almost immediately whenever we had a question or needed assistance.The house itself is spacious, clean, and comfortably accommodated our group of six. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Marbella. Highly recommended!
